The Itch

Please don't mind the awkward angle...
I have a confession. I tend to be a little piggy. Lately, I've noticed when I eat crumbly things such as bread or crackers or chips, usually afterwords, my tummy looks often like this. Many times I haven't noticed and Sam ends up dusting off my large tummy before we go into public.Thank goodness.

Well yesterday we had bread and pasta for dinner. And after my bread, I did the usual dusting off before we went and ran our errands. Well in one of the stores we were at, my belly started to itch like crazy. I just figured that it was itching because it often does, as do most pregnant bellies I'm sure. Well this itch kept getting worse and worse, the same spot. I could barley stand it!! It was driving me crazy!! I wanted to see if it was a particular dry spot or if I had a rash or hives or something that could be causing this weird itch so, as soon as I got to the car, I lifted up my shirt to see what was the matter. As I did so, crumbs slid down my belly. I touched my hand to it and sure enough, my crumbs not only appeared on my shirt, but also down my shirt, causing my horrible itching. Oh boy.

So, if you ever have an itch that just won't go away, it could be a rash, it could be dry skin, but if you're like me, it's definitely crumbs.
